Sneek Peek: New design for Oklahoma City Thunder Blog
Now that the name is official and I have the logo and team colors I have been working diligently to get a new design together rather than this slightly altered free basketball theme. I should have the new design up by the end of the week with all of the content that is required for a proper blog.
I appreciate all of the support I have received from the basketball community and Oklahomans across the state. Keep a look out here for everything Oklahoma City Thunder related.

I think the name is alright and the logo is ugly! but with time we won’t even care! I want to see the uni’s hopefully those are good looking!

I think the name is cheesey for Oklahoma, but if thats what it is going to be then here are my thoughts … the logo needs massive work! Its just not up to par with the existing pro basketball logos. The type face used to say Thunder says nothing at all about thunder. Thunder is big and loud! This type face is skinny, and weak. Also, the colors… I’m counting 5 of them. This seems a little overkill and why those colors. If the name is going to be “Thunder” shouldn’t the colors reflect something about thunder. Black comes to mind, dark blue (which you have in here), but yellow orange and that light blue don’t at all say thunder to me at all. It needs to jump out at you and rumble whatever this logo is going to be printed on, Thunder is BIG, LOUD and Shakes the earth… the logo is just not there yet.

Team name and logo are in the top 2 lamest in the NBA. Only Clay Bennett could screw this up so bad.
